What we do…
Banks General Design is a full-service interior design firm that designs homes from concept to completion in and around Barcelona, Spain.
We create beautifully balanced spaces that feel modern, classic and effortless. From single room cosmetic design to full home renovation and project management, we always create a custom design and experience that reflects your personal style and taste.
Our studio can work with all aspects of a project from start to finish including consulting with architects and builders, as well as providing a custom and personal approach to finishes and decor. We want your space to function for you and our goal for every client to feel great in their space!
The PROCESS…
We begin every project with an in-home (or virtual) consultation to understand your needs and dreams, discuss the budget and timeline, and anything else about your project relevant to our work. From there we divide the project into phases…
Inspiration & Initial Ideas: mood boards, budget meetings, timelines, initial concepts of furniture, fixtures and finishes.
Final Concepts & Execution: floor plans, renderings (if needed), final decisions confirmed, construction / building / painting etc. begins. Orders placed and delivered.
Installation & Styling: construction is finished, furniture is delivered — it’s all in the details now! At this point the project is picture perfect and move in ready.
Project Management: Banks General offers full project management, which includes everything from managing the team of builders / painters / electricians etc., ordering and tracking furniture and decor, to communication management between all parties until the final pillow has been fluffed and placed.
